The staff at Chester Child Development Center has created a caring place for your peace of mind. Each staff member has been carefully screened in our diligent search to find special people who teach from the heart. Teachers are selected based upon their nurturing skills, experience and educational backgrounds. They have all had formal training in child development and are required to participate in ongoing training every year. Our caregivers are attentive to your child's needs at all times. With patient and warm attitudes, they provide positive guidance as your child navigates the challenges of the day. They excel at developing your child's skills at intellectual, emotional, social and physical levels.
All of our staff members have passed the Virginia State Police and Department of Social Services background checks.
