What are your hours of operation?
Clover Hill Children's Center's hours of quality education are
6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Monday through Friday.
We observe the following holidays:

What age children do you accept?
Clover Hill Children's Center enrolls children ages 6 weeks to 12 years without discrimination on the basis of political affiliation, religion, race, color, sex, or mental or physical disabilities.
Our service includes full-time care for infants through Junior Kindergarten. We also offer part time educational programs for ages 3 and 4 years. In addition, we offer before and/or after school care for children ages 5-12 who attend Spring Run, Alberta Smith, Grange Hall, and Winterpock. We also have a full day summer camp program for school-age children.
Is transportation provided to local schools? 
Yes. Clover Hill Children's Center provides transportation to and from Spring Run, Alberta Smith, Grange Hall, and Winterpock Elementary Schools.
May I tour your facility?
Absolutely. Clover Hill Children's Center maintains an “open door policy” and invites you to stop by whenever it is convenient for you during our hours of operation.
Are you accredited?
Yes, Clover Hill Children's Center is a Nationally Accredited child development center. We are accredited by the International Academy for Private Education (IAPE), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing accreditation and educational evaluative services to private educational institutions. Specifically, the IAPE accredits four types of private educational facilities and programs. They include private licensed child day care programs, private preschools, private elementary schools, and private secondary schools.
What security precautions are present?
Clover Hill Children's Center has a front entrance with a security code key pad. The center is also equipped with a Video Monitoring system surveillance throughout the center. There is a monitor located on the front desk for continuing viewing of these areas. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to use these monitors for observation of their child's room.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes. Clover Hill Children's Center provides state approved nutritious lunch and morning and afternoon snacks to the children present during serving time. Menus have been prepared to meet the daily nutritional requirements of our Virginia State license.
Do the children go outside every day?
Yes, weather permitting, the children play outside in the morning and the afternoon in one of four age-appropriate playgrounds.
How do I enroll my child? You and your child are invited to tour Clover Hill Children's Center, at which time you will be given your enrollment packet.
What are the fees?
There is an annual Registration Fee per family due upon application. This fee covers the partial cost of your child's participation in school insurances, office processing costs, and classroom supplies. This fee is not refundable.
How long has Clover Hill Children's Center been in operation?
The building was architecturally designed for childcare and built in 1995.
